The presidential aspirant of the Labour party (LP) Peter Obi during a mega rally in Osun state gave a reply to Tinubu for the comment he made concerning Labour Party.
Recall that, Bola Ahmed Tinubu who is the presidential candidate of the All Progressive (APC) on Tuesday commented about the Labour Party and its members. He said, “they said some are in Labour, they will remain labourers till death”.
This causes a lot of reactions from many people and perhaps the members of the Labour Party who believe that the statement is a detraction to the Labour Party and its entire supporters.
However, Peter Obi hit back at Tinubu during his campaign rally in Osogbo in support of Lasun Yusuff who is the Labour Party’s governorship candidate in Osun state. He said, “I listened to our chairman when he said that somebody said that they can labour till death. When they show you hatred, Labour Party will show them love. There is dignity in labour.”
